The introduction of myTVS’s pan-Indian “Mobility-as-a-Service” (MaaS) platform for last-mile electric vehicle (EV) fleet operators was announced. MyTVS is the largest digital automotive aftermarket platform in India and is a component of the $3 billion TVS Mobility Group.

For the duration of the EV fleet life cycle, the platform unifies the whole ecosystem of partners, including original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), to provide a wide range of services under one roof. Fleet operators can rely on the platform to ensure smooth operations with a range of services including leasing, real-time fleet management, servicing, charging solutions (including portable chargers and myTVS charging stations), roadside assistance, insurance, and tyre management. The platform supports these services with a digital catalogue of 1.8 lakh SKUs. The platform also provides car refurbishment services to increase fleet efficiency and lifespan.

The company states that myTVS aims to assist last-mile fleet operators expand quicker alongside their customers by becoming their destination brand through its MaaS platform. This end-to-end service platform will provide rapid commerce players with customized digital solutions, backed by strong alliances with all stakeholders. In conjunction with the launch, myTVS and MoEVing, a top EV-based logistics provider in India, have established a strategic alliance.

With this shift, the company is moving from personal mobility solutions to fleet mobility solutions, which is a major milestone in its journey. India’s fast-growing quick commerce market will need to be electrified in order for enterprises to achieve their sustainability objectives. Better performance will be possible with plug-and-play solutions offered by the MaaS platform from myTVS, which will speed up vehicle electrification. This program also backs the government’s efforts to promote green mobility and the quicker adoption of EVs.
