The Board of Directors, at its meeting, appointed Mr Jeffrey Mark Overly as the Chairman of the Company. Mr Jeffrey Mark Overly has been an independent director of the company since 12th February, 2021.

Despite being in a different time zone, Mr Overly has been on the board of the company for nearly five years and has a stellar attendance record. He has attended every board and committee meeting during his time with the company and has made a significant contribution to the discussions and decisions made by the board and its committees.

Mr Overly has a master’s degree in business from Central Michigan University and a bachelor’s degree in industrial management from the University of Cincinnati. He has been an operator for more than forty-three years.

At the time of his departure from Blackstone Group in 2018, Mr Overly was an Operating Partner in the New York-based Corporate Private Equity Group. He continues to help Blackstone by serving on the boards of several of its portfolio firms. Lean operational excellence, supply chain improvement, and strategic prospects in Blackstone’s worldwide portfolio companies were among the things Mr Overly was involved in monitoring, advising, and supporting. Prior to joining Blackstone in 2008, Mr Overly served as the Vice President of Global Fixture Operations at Kohler Company, where he oversaw all aspects of the company’s global manufacturing operations, from purchasing to shipping the final product via a network of regional distribution centres. Before that, Mr Overly worked for 25 years in various operations and engineering roles with worldwide responsibilities at Delphi Corporation and General Motors Corporation.

Mr Overly is also an independent director on the board of Performance Food Group, Fortrex, Inc. Ltd. (earlier known as Packer Sanitation Services Incorporated), Comstar Automotive USA LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of the company, and a director on the board of Sabre Industries, Inc. and Supply One, Inc.
