Montra Electric, the clean mobility brand from the Murugappa Group, has launched the all-new Super Auto, an upgraded version of its popular electric passenger three-wheeler. Engineered for superior performance, comfort, and safety, the new model is part of the brand’s latest campaign—‘Aap Ke Liye – Izzat Se’—a heartfelt tribute to India’s resilient auto driver community that keeps the nation moving.

The all-new Super Auto continues Montra Electric’s commitment to building future-ready electric vehicles that combine innovation, reliability, and affordability. Priced at ₹379,500 (ex-showroom, post-subsidy), the upgraded model offers advanced features and enhanced comfort, reaffirming its leadership in India’s fast-growing electric three-wheeler market.

Upgraded Design and Features for Everyday Performance

The new Super Auto comes equipped with powerful LED headlights, providing improved visibility and safety in low-light conditions, especially during night operations and in narrow city lanes. Its radial tubeless tyres offer enhanced stability, traction, and reduced maintenance costs. Additionally, a re-engineered suspension system ensures a smoother and more confident drive on urban roads.

Incorporating customer insights, Montra Electric has meticulously fine-tuned the Super Auto’s design and ergonomics to maximise driver comfort and passenger convenience. The model also introduces the company’s “One Montra Electric” (1M) connected software platform, an in-house innovation that offers real-time vehicle diagnostics, charging station locations, and digital performance insights—all accessible through an intuitive interface.

      Performance and Network Strength

Delivering a proven on-road range of 160 km per charge, the Super Auto is backed by Montra Electric’s robust 3S network (Sales, Service, Spares) across 120+ markets in India. With over 13,000 Montra Electric vehicles already on the road, the brand continues to set new benchmarks in range, reliability, and total cost of ownership, making electric mobility both practical and profitable for drivers and fleet operators.

Built with Respect for India’s Auto Drivers

The campaign ‘Aap Ke Liye – Izzat Se’ embodies Montra Electric’s respect and appreciation for India’s auto driver community—celebrating their hard work, pride, and contribution to sustainable urban mobility.

Speaking on the launch, Mr Deependra Sharma, CEO (Designate), Montra Electric Last Mile (TI Clean Mobility), said:

“Every new product at Montra Electric is designed to make electric mobility more efficient, reliable, and valuable for drivers. The All-New Super Auto represents our commitment to comfort, safety, and durability, while keeping affordability intact. Our campaign ‘Aap Ke Liye – Izzat Se’ is a heartfelt message to the driver community — they are our true brand ambassadors, carrying our promise of safety, reliability, and respect on every journey.”

      Stylish Variants and Accessibility

The all-new Super Auto is available in white, blue, and green colour options, along with a special Black Edition featuring sporty decals and a dynamic look. Combining aesthetic appeal with performance-driven engineering, the vehicle continues to strengthen Montra Electric’s position as a leader in India’s electric last-mile mobility sector.

With this launch, Montra Electric reinforces its vision of transforming urban mobility through innovation, respect, and sustainability, making clean mobility accessible to every driver across India.
