In October 2024, JSW MG Motor India sold 3,116 units of the recently introduced MG Windsor, indicating good sales. This amount represented over 30% of the nation’s monthly sales of passenger electric vehicles.

In October 2024, the company sold 7,045 units, the largest sales volume since its founding, and recorded a 31% year-over-year increase in total sales. The company’s New Energy Vehicle (NEV) portfolio, which accounted for 70% of total sales in October, was a major contributor to this growth. This suggests that consumers are increasingly choosing electric cars as part of JSW MG Motor’s continuous emphasis on environmentally friendly transportation options.

The MG Windsor blends the luxury of a sedan with the functionality of an SUV. It has an aerodynamic structure, roomy cabins, a number of safety measures, intelligent connectivity choices, and cutting-edge technologies. The Windsor, which is based on a “Pure EV Platform,” has a verified 332-kilometer range between charges. With a starting price of INR 13,49,800 (ex-showroom), the Windsor may also be purchased for INR 9.99 lakhs through the Battery as a Service (BaaS) scheme, which charges INR 3.5 per kilometer for battery rental.

For extra luxury, the MG Windsor has Aero Lounge seats that can recline up to 135 degrees. For further robustness and security, it also has a sizable 604-liter boot area and a 38kWh battery that is IP67 certified. With Eco+, Eco, Normal, and Sport as its four driving modes, the car offers choices to meet different driving requirements. A roomy and airy interior design is also enhanced by the Windsor’s 2700 mm wheelbase and Infinity View Glass Roof.

In addition to four color choices—Starburst Black, Pearl White, Clay Beige, and Turquoise Green—the MG Windsor comes in three variants: Excitable, Exclusive, and Essence.
