In India, Mahindra unveiled the XEV 9e Pack Two, which comes with a number of features and two different battery pack configurations. This month is when deliveries are expected to start.
With its most recent EV models, the BE 6 and XEV 9e, Mahindra has experienced tremendous success. Mahindra’s introduction of the Pack Two version of the XEV 9e, which will retail for Rs 24.90 lakh ex-showroom, has increased the enthusiasm. The Mahindra XEV 9e Pack Two comes with a number of features and is available in two different versions.
There are two battery packs available for the Mahindra XEV 9e Pack Two: 59 kWh and 79 kWh. Mahindra claims that the XEV 9e Pack Two with a 59 kWh battery pack has a 400 km range, while the larger 79 kWh battery pack version has a 500 km range. The latter is priced at Rs 26.50 lakh. The rear wheels are powered by a single motor that produces 282 horsepower and 380 Nm of torque.
The larger battery pack version of the Mahindra XEV 9e, which has a capacity of 79 kWh, can be charged to the same level in 20 minutes using a 175 kW DC fast charger; however, the 59 kWh version requires 20 minutes to charge from 20 to 80% in 20 minutes using a 140 kW DC fast charger.
It should be mentioned that the charger and installation fees are not included in the pricing and will change when the item is delivered later this month.
An EV with several features is the Mahindra XEV 9e, and the pack of numerous drive modes, numerous regeneration modes, adaptive cruise control, three TFT screens, 19-inch wheels, wireless smartphone connectivity, wireless charging, and much more are included in the two models.
The safety features include ABS with EBD, electronic park brakes, driver drowsiness detection, cornering lighting, Level 2 ADAS, six airbags, front and rear parking sensors with an HD camera, a tyre pressure monitoring system and more.
