With the introduction of the XEV 9e and BE 6e, two new electric SUVs, Mahindra is preparing for a major milestone in its electric vehicle range. On November 26, 2024, in Chennai, these cars will have their world premiere at the “Unlimit India” event.

These new models are Mahindra’s first automobiles constructed on its cutting-edge “INGLO” architecture, an electric platform outfitted with cutting-edge technology and created to satisfy international requirements. In order to improve the driving experience, the INGLO platform is anticipated to have high performance, safety innovations, and an effective electric range.

Mahindra’s entry into the premium and performance electric vehicle markets is represented by the XEV 9e and BE 6e. Mahindra claims that the BE 6e boasts powerful, performance-driven capabilities, while the XEV 9e is designed to establish new benchmarks in electric luxury. According to Mahindra, these cars are “Indian icons” poised to leave their imprint on the world stage because to their unique styling and state-of-the-art technology.

A Mahindra representative stated, “With INGLO, we’re fusing Indian sensibilities with a world-class perspective.”

The BE 6e will compete with vehicles like the Tata Curvv, MG ZS EV, and MG Windsor EV as a high-end alternative to the XUV400. Meanwhile, the soon-to-be-released Tata Harrier EV will compete with the XEV 9e.
