Founder & Director Maxson Lewis has transitioned to the role of Founder & Chairman, where he will focus on long-term strategy, technology partnerships, policy advocacy, and global alliances.

Sujit Cherian has been appointed as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO). He will lead daily operations, drive market expansion, improve operational efficiencies, and build new commercial partnerships for Magenta.
Commenting on the transition, Maxson Lewis said:

Strengthening EV Logistics in India
Magenta Mobility currently operates a fleet of 2,700+ electric vehicles across 22 cities, delivering over 600 lakh (60 million) clean kilometres for leading logistics, e-commerce, and mobility partners.
The leadership restructuring reflects Magenta’s ambition to scale its EV fleet, deepen technology adoption, and expand its clean logistics network Centre Issues Guidelines for 72,300 EV Charging Stationsnationwide. The company aims to play a pivotal role in India’s transition towards sustainable and decarbonised freight transport.
