      Lumax Cornaglia Auto Technologies Private Limited and Cornaglia has expanded its operations by opening a new manufacturing facility at Chakan in Pune. LCAT is engaged in the business of providing emission products i.e. Air Filters, Fuel Tanks, etc. for both two-wheelers and four-wheelers.

      The new facility is spread across a total area of 2.5L sq. ft. and a dedicated 7,000 sq. ft. in-house R&D laboratory, and is a one-stop solution for complete vehicle-level emission products requirement of any auto OEM, in India and beyond. An initial investment of over INR 30 crore has been made.

      With a workforce of over 200 employees, including 30 highly skilled and experienced engineers, this facility will serve the emission products requirements of the Indian Auto industry.

      The facility is equipped with modern precision European machines for best-in-class high-quality production for a diverse product range of Air Filtration System, Snorkels, Various Blow Moulded products like AdBlue Tanks (Urea Tanks), Degassing Tanks (Expansion or Coolant Tank) etc. This plant for the first time will manufacture Plastic Fuel Tanks for commercial vehicles.  A unique and niche technology of 3D Blow Moulding products like Hoses & Ducts will also be manufactured here. All the products are in compliance with the new regulations laid by the Government of India and of CAFÉ and RDE norms.
