      Lumax Auto Tech Joins Forces with Bluechem Group

      Lumax Auto Technologies has formed a strategic relationship with the Bluechem Group of Germany, a major provider of automotive automobile care products. LATL is a publicly traded firm under the Lumax-DK Jain Group.

      The Bluechem Group, headquartered in Germany, is a global leader in automobile maintenance, care products, and services. It works in over 120 countries and has a robust R&D staff with over 500 patented items to its name. They have received several awards, including the German Innovation Award and the Großer Preis des Mittelstandes. Bluechem Group products have been certified by worldwide automakers like BMW, Bosch, Ford, Hyundai, Kia, Mazda, Skoda, Toyota, and Volkswagen, among others.

      The alliance aims to bring world-class automotive car care goods for cleaning, servicing, and maintenance in India, including preventative and maintenance solutions, additives, car and bike care (PPF, Ceramic, Detailing products, and so on), diagnostic software, tools, and equipment.

      The Indian car care products, services and PPF market is estimated to be around Rs 1,025 crore (in 2023) and growing at 8.5% CAGR per annum. This strategic partnership will provide further impetus to LATL’s growing After market segment in India, while aspiring to be amongst the top 3 in the country and establishing Bluechem’s presence in India.

      Sanjay Bhagat, Sr. EVP – Head Aftermarket Division, Lumax Auto Technologies said, “Lumax Group’s strong business relationships with all major OEMs in India, combined with our collaboration with Bluechem, ushers in a new range of robust products for the Indian market. We anticipate a bright future for our business and expect to achieve healthy growth at a CAGR of 40% over the next three years.”

      Nikhil Junnarkar, Director of South Asia & Regional Head- India, South Asia, Middle East & Africa, Bluechem Group added, “This partnership aligns with our focus on enhancing consumer experiences. We are bringing world-class automotive care and maintenance products from Germany to India. The Bluechem Group will be introducing their entire range of automotive care and maintenance products in India.”
