      Ludhiana MC Initiates Trial of EV Charging Station

      Planning to enhance air quality and fostering green technology, the Municipal Corporation (MC) of Ludhiana has initiated a trial of an electric vehicle (EV) charging station at the MC Zone D office.

      TrialThe trial aims to evaluate the feasibility and effectiveness of EV charging infrastructure in the area.

      During the trial, representatives from Tata Projects Limited provided comprehensive guidance on the installation and utilization of EV charging stations, which are available in various categories.

      Manoj Kapoor and Kapil Sethi from Tata Projects Limited demonstrated the functioning of the EV charging station at the MC Zone D office, showcasing its potential for replication in other locations such as parking lots.

      MLA Gogi and MC Commissioner Aggarwal emphasized the government’s commitment to promoting green technology and EV vehicles as part of their ongoing efforts to improve air quality.

      The trial of the EV charging station aligns with these goals, providing a practical solution for residents and visitors to conveniently charge their electric vehicles.

      The MC invites residents and stakeholders to actively participate in the trial by utilizing the EV charging station at the MC Zone D office and providing feedback on their experience.

      This collaborative approach ensures that future developments in the EV charging infrastructure cater to the needs of the community and contribute to the overall sustainability agenda.
