Li Auto reported deliveries of 41,053 vehicles in March, taking its total for the first quarter to 95,142 units, as production constraints eased following the Chinese New Year.
Production bottlenecks that had affected output earlier in the year have now been resolved, enabling a sharp increase in deliveries of the Li i6 model. Monthly deliveries of the SUV crossed 24,000 units in March, making it one of the top performers in the RMB 200,000–300,000 segment.
The company said cumulative deliveries reached 1.64 million vehicles by the end of March, reflecting steady growth in China’s competitive new energy vehicle market.
Demand is also rising for the Li i8, with orders more than doubling month-on-month in March. Meanwhile, Li Auto is preparing to launch the next-generation Li L9 in the second quarter, featuring advanced technologies such as an in-house M100 chip, steer-by-wire architecture, and an 800V active suspension system.
At the NVIDIA GTC 2026, the company unveiled its next-generation autonomous driving model, MindVLA, designed to enhance real-world 3D perception and decision-making. CEO Li Xiang said the system aims to bring machine perception closer to human-level spatial understanding.
Li Auto also continued expanding its footprint across China, operating 517 retail stores in 160 cities and 552 service centers in 223 cities. Its charging network has grown to over 4,000 fast-charging stations nationwide.
