Chinese automaker Leapmotor has officially launched the C10 Sports+, a high-performance version of its mid-size all-electric SUV, featuring a larger battery and enhanced driving capabilities.
The SUV comes with an 81.9 kWh Lithium-Ferro-Phosphate (LFP) battery, offering a driving range of up to 437 km under WLTP testing. This is a slight improvement over the standard C10’s 425 km range, as the extra weight and dual-motor setup balance out the increased battery capacity.
Advanced Platform and Fast Charging
The C10 Sports+ is built on a new 800-volt platform, enabling DC fast charging at 180 kW. The battery can recharge from 30% to 80% in just 22 minutes, making it suitable for both daily commuting and long-distance travel.
Performance and Features
The dual-motor setup provides extra power and improved handling, positioning the C10 Sports+ as a sporty, performance-oriented electric SUV. The model aims to compete with other mid-size EV SUVs in domestic and international markets.
