Komaki Electric, one of India’s leading electric vehicle manufacturers, has unveiled the XR7, touted as the country’s longest-range EV scooter. Priced at an ex-showroom rate of ₹89,999, the XR7 blends a vintage aesthetic with modern electric mobility technology, aiming to attract riders seeking both style and fuel cost savings.
The scooter is powered by a LiPo4 battery, delivering an impressive range of 322 km on a single charge and lasting between 3,000 and 5,000 charge cycles. Komaki highlights its superior safety features, including resistance to overheating, fire, and explosion risks, while also maintaining an eco-friendly, low environmental impact.
Equipped with a 3,000-watt BLDC hub motor, wireless controller, and disc brakes, the XR7 promises a smooth, efficient, and performance-orientated ride. Multiple smart sensors constantly monitor speed, while a self-diagnosis system checks the scooter’s health at regular intervals, offering predictive maintenance alerts to users.
The model also supports automatic updates and advanced wireless features, enhancing convenience for daily commuters.
