In a landmark step toward strengthening its electric mobility footprint, Kinetic Watts & Volts Ltd, the electric vehicle division of the iconic Kinetic Group, has inaugurated its first exclusive 3S (Sales, Service, and Spares) showroom in Pune, Maharashtra. The launch marks a major milestone in Kinetic’s renewed mission to make electric mobility accessible, aspirational, and proudly Indian while honouring its five-decade legacy of trust and innovation.

The new showroom, located at Shop No. 2, Lane No. 11, Vishrantwadi Airport Road, Tingre Nagar, Pune – 411006, is owned and operated by Mr Ravindra Sharad Bhelke. Spread across 1,400 sq. ft., the dealership has been designed to provide a premium customer experience with a modern, technology-driven setup that reflects the company’s focus on innovation, reliability, and customer satisfaction. Complementing the main showroom is the ‘Kinetic Lab’, a dedicated service facility located at S. No. 90, Behind Tirupati Regalia 2, Anand Park, Dhanori, Pune – 411015, covering 1,050 sq. ft. This advanced service hub ensures a comprehensive after-sales experience, offering customers smooth and dependable maintenance support.

Celebrating Kinetic’s Legacy and EV Future

Speaking at the inauguration, Ajinkya Firodia, Vice Chairman & Managing Director, Kinetic Watts & Volts Ltd, said,

“This is a proud and defining moment for Kinetic as we inaugurate our first exclusive EV showroom in India. Pune holds special significance for us—it’s where our journey began, and now it’s where our electric mobility vision takes shape. This launch represents not just a retail milestone but a new chapter in accessible, aspirational, and sustainable mobility for India.”

Strategically located in a high-traffic and easily accessible area, the showroom aims to serve as a hub for EV enthusiasts and first-time buyers, allowing customers to experience Kinetic’s next-generation electric scooter range in a premium and engaging environment. The company also announced that this launch marks the beginning of a nationwide dealership expansion, with several new outlets scheduled to open across key cities in the coming months.

Adding his perspective, Mr Ravindra Bhelke, Dealer Principal, Kinetic EV Vishrantwadi, stated,

“Becoming the first Kinetic EV dealer in India is both an honour and a responsibility. I have grown up witnessing the trust people place in the Kinetic name, and now, I’m proud to bring its electric future to Pune. Our goal is to offer every customer a premium, transparent, and reliable experience—whether they are new EV adopters or upgrading from traditional scooters.”

Reimagining the Iconic Kinetic DX for the EV Era

The new Kinetic EV range reintroduces the iconic Kinetic DX—a household name from India’s two-wheeler legacy—as a modern, practical, and family-friendly electric scooter. Combining classic design with cutting-edge EV technology, it features a durable metal body, spacious floorboard, and a class-leading 37-litre under-seat storage compartment, tailored for today’s urban riders.

      The lineup includes two models:

      • Kinetic DX – ₹111,499 (ex-showroom, Pune)

      • Kinetic ZX (formerly DX+) – ₹1,17,499 (ex-showroom, Pune)

Both variants are powered by a 2.6 kWh Range-X LFP battery, known for delivering four times the lifespan of conventional NMC-based scooters, offering superior safety, reliability, and thermal efficiency. The scooters come equipped with K-Coast regenerative braking, reverse assist, hill-hold assist, and three ride modes—Range, Power, and Turbo.

The Kinetic ZX variant offers an elevated experience with smart connectivity through the Telekinetic app, which provides real-time ride analytics, geo-fencing, intruder alerts, and a “Find My Kinetic” feature. Unique additions include My Kiney Voice Alerts, a friendly AI-driven assistant that greets riders, shares safety prompts, and even wishes them happy birthdays. The Kinetic Assist switch provides instant CRM connectivity, while Bluetooth-enabled features such as music control and voice navigation add to rider convenience.

The Kinetic ZX is available in five dynamic colours—Red, Blue, White, Silver, and Black—while the DX is offered in Silver and Black.

      Accelerating India’s EV Revolution

With the launch of its first exclusive showroom in Pune, Kinetic Watts & Volts has taken a bold step in redefining India’s EV retail experience. The company aims to combine its trusted legacy with a future-ready vision, expanding its network across India to bring high-quality, reliable, and connected electric scooters closer to Indian consumers.

As the brand sets out on this ambitious growth journey, it continues to embody the spirit of innovation, performance, and Indian pride—driving the nation toward a more sustainable, electric future.
