Kinetic Green, an electric vehicle manufacturer, has launched an electric scooter, ZULU, designed for the youth, at an introductory price of Rs 94,990.
ZULU, the new e-scooter, is now available at all Kinetic Green dealerships across the country, as well as on Amazon and Flipkart.
According to the press release, Zulu will provide the first-of-its-kind “Battery as a Subscription” plans as well as a fast-charging, long-life Lithium-ion battery with oil-cooled immersion technology.
The “Battery as a Subscription” model allows the consumer to subscribe for the battery on a “pay as you use” basis, lowering the initial cost of the scooter and eventually allowing the user to own the battery at the conclusion of the subscription term.
This structure leads in a 35% decrease in acquisition costs and significant reductions in operating costs. According to the press announcement, the system is fully linked with a mobile app for a seamless user experience.
In ZULU, Kinetic Green will launch a cutting-edge “KG Ener-G” battery platform. The unique Oil-Cooled Active Immersion Cooling Technology is at the heart of everything. This enables superb thermal management, ultra-fast charging up to 80% in just 30 minutes, even with a 15-Amp Socket, and yet providing over 120,000 miles of mileage. All of this is linked together via SMART BMS and an AI-powered Battery Health Prediction System.
