Mr. Jayapradeep Vasudevan has been appointed as the President of Kinetic Green Energy and Power Solutions Limited’s electric two-wheeler business. With more than 25 years of extensive experience in the automotive sector, Mr. Jayapradeep has a wealth of knowledge in commercial operations, business growth, organisation development, and strategic leadership across a variety of automotive OEMs and roles.

In the industry, Mr. Jayapradeep, or “JP“, joins Kinetic Green at a critical juncture as the company prepares to grow its two-wheeler business even more. While increasing sales of Kinetic Green’s E-Luna and its current line of other 2W products, he will lead the go-to-market strategy for a number of planned electric two-wheelers, including the high-powered, technologically advanced scooter that is scheduled for introduction later this year.

JP will take the lead in expanding Kinetic Green’s dealership network in order to improve the company’s visibility and customer satisfaction throughout the entire nation.

Ms. Sulajja Firodia Motwani, Kinetic Green’s founder and CEO, welcomed him to the team, saying, “We are excited to have JP join Kinetic Green at this pivotal stage of our journey. His vast expertise, profound industry insights, customer-centric approach, and laser-like execution will be crucial as we continue to develop our leadership. With JP leading our two-wheeler company, we are dedicated to growing the size and influence of our product line and are optimistic about becoming the market leaders in India for electric personal mobility.”

“I am absolutely thrilled to join Kinetic Green and lead its electric two-wheeler business vertical,” Mr. Jayapradeep remarked, expressing his excitement for this new position. With its wide range of environmentally friendly electric mobility options for the general public in India, the Kinetic Green brand has a distinguished history and is still relevant today. In addition to positively influencing the development of a net-zero India, I’m dedicated to boosting the company’s electric two-wheeler vertical’s business growth through improved customer centricity, effective distribution channels, and top-notch products for our clients.

As India Business Head, JP spent 15 impactful years at Royal Enfield, helping to shape the company’s growth trajectory by driving statewide network expansion and inventing novel retail formats that led to notable improvements in sales and market share. While supporting the company’s next growth chapter in sustainable transportation solutions, JP will be collaborating closely with Mr. Ritesh Mantri, Co-Founder and Executive Director of Kinetic Green, to strategically increase the company’s visibility.
