Kia has added the recently launched Sonet to its well-known My Convenience Plus after-sales plan. Owners of Sonet vehicles may now use the comprehensive Aftersales flagship package, which ensures support and servicing for their vehicles.

This plan offers a combined set of essential services, including roadside assistance (RSA), extended warranty (EW), and prepaid maintenance (PPM), to owners of Sonet automobiles. Inflation protection is another feature of the plan that shields members against increases in labour and component expenses. Free wheel alignment, balancing and rotation, tyre alloy protection and scratch care are also included in the scheme.

Depending on the plan chosen, the cost of My Convenience Plus for Sonet users might be as low as 75 paise per kilometre. The Sonet, which already has the lowest maintenance costs compared to its competitors, now makes an even stronger case, increasing the value for the money it offers.

“Kia is constantly establishing new standards for the industry, and offering ‘My Convenience Plus’ to Sonet clients demonstrates our dedication to improving the after-sales experience. Together with the launch of this programme, industry research identifying Sonet as having the lowest maintenance costs makes Kia’s aftersales programmes stand out as some of the finest in this market. We are committed to providing the highest level of convenience, affordability, and superior quality, giving our clients peace of mind and raising the bar for client satisfaction.” said Myung-sik Sohn, Chief Sales Officer at Kia India.

My Convenience Plus program can be purchased online through the MyKia app or offline at any authorized Kia dealer within 60 days of delivery.
