The Zonal Charging Manager is responsible for the deployment and management of EV charging infrastructure, ensuring its strategic placement, operational efficiency, and optimal utilization. The role contributes to the company’s overall mission of accelerating EV adoption through robust charging networks.
Principal Accountabilities
– Charging Strategy Implementation: Identify uncovered geographies and propose optimal solutions aligned with the company’s roadmap.
– Public Charging Station Deployment: Oversee installation, operations, maintenance, audits, and issue resolution.
– Site Acquisition & Partner Negotiation: Identify suitable locations, negotiate with real estate partners, and ensure timely execution of charging projects.
– Home Charger Installation Oversight: Monitor installations, ensure vendor compliance with SOPs and SLAs, and proactively address customer concerns.
– Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with vendors, dealers, real estate partners, and internal teams for successful infrastructure development.
– Business Growth & Utilization: Drive revenue generation and optimize charging station usage.
– Vendor & Partner Development: Identify new partners and vendors to enhance EV charging capabilities.

Educational Qualifications- B.Tech / MBA from AICTE/UGC-approved institutions.
Work Experience
– 4-6 years of experience in EV Network Development / Charger Deployment roles.
– Experience in working with 4W OEMs, Charging Point Operators, or Real Estate Management companies.
– Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to collaborate with vendors.
– Knowledge of EV Charger Deployment Processes is preferred.
– Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned zone.
