Job description:
- Worked on writing Unit and Integration test cases for the developments using Python ( preferably Test driven development )
- Proficient in developing rest APIs
- Experience in Agile development methodologies and release management techniques
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently as well as in a team.
- Provides T1/T2 support to the storage and backup technologies infrastructure.
- 24/7-hour on call participation
- Provision and configure storage volumes, disk pools, raid groups, over various storage systems (EMC, Hitachi, NetApp, Dell, Pure)
- Efficiently handle performance issues on storage and backup systems
- Monitoring Backup systems for backup/restore failures and resolution on daily basis.
- Involvement in P1/P2 incidents and collaborate with multiple teams for resolution.
- Addressing Tickets (incidents and requests) in ServiceNow.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and or technologies.
- Skilled in generating custom reports/dashboards and Knowledgebase documentation.
Working with various vendors. - To provide support for on call escalations and doing root cause analysis of given issue.
- To independently resolve tickets within agreed SLA of ticket volume and time.
- To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update & management, Training freshers, coaching analysts.
- To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions / Reopen Cases.
