What’s the role about?
The purpose of this exciting new role is to lead the sustainability data collection and reporting process for GKN Automotive. This will involve regularly collecting data from every area of the business on all aspects of Sustainability, and analysis and reporting of that data. The role is also responsible for ensuring GKN Automotive has the most appropriate sustainability reporting processes and systems in place across the company. Successful individual will report directly to our Director of Sustainability.
What you will do?
- Work with every area of the business globally to collect and validate a multitude of sustainability data points
- Ensure that data is complete, robust and auditable
- Analyse the data to assess progress against key targets and KPIs
- Provide data reports in a variety of formats for a number of key stakeholder groups
- Streamline the data collection process, maximising quality and minimising the asks of the business
- Assess and implement fit for purpose sustainability data collection and reporting technology/tools as required
What are we looking for?
- Relevant degree or equivalent Experience
- 5 years of experience in Data analysis and reporting (ideally in area of sustainability)
- Experience of a variety of IT data collection systems
- Stakeholder management
- Experience of working in a global organisation
- Self-starter and driven to build effective relationships within internal & external stakeholder groups
- Fluency in English is a must
