Dynamics CRM Technical Lead
Job Summary
The Technical Lead will be responsible for overseeing CRM / D365 CE OutoftheBox (OOTB) functionalities, configurations, and customizations. The main objective is to lead the technical team to ensure successful implementation and support of CRM solutions within the organization.
- Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and mentor the technical team in crm / d365 ce ootb implementation, configuration, and customization.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the crm system.
3. Design and develop customizations, workflows, plugins, and integrations to enhance crm functionality.
4. Ensure the best practices in crm development are followed and maintain data integrity within the crm system.
5. Conduct system testing, performance tuning, and troubleshooting of crm solutions.
6. Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and resolve any crmrelated issues in a timely manner.Skill Requirements

2. Proficient in developing custom workflows, plugins, and integrations within the crm system.
