Creating Business Value
▪ Delivery projects with required business value, with quality and desired benefits to user.
▪ Understanding high requirements from multiple sources and critically evaluating it, reconciling conflicts, disseminating high-level information into detailed and distinguished user requests.
▪ Lead the identification and prioritization of business problems related to Digital Assets with senior leadership.
▪ Validate Design Thinking workshops with stakeholders, enhancing possible solutions and challenges.
▪ Deliver requirements for the project in collaboration with vendors/ Project team.
▪ Drive the finalization of scope of work and timelines to ensure timely delivery of project.

Project Planning:
▪ Define project scope and objectives based on identified business problems.
▪ Allocate project resources efficiently, collaborating with vendors and third parties.
▪ Analyze and mitigate project risks to ensure successful outcomes and ROI.
▪ Manage the existing BAU projects pipeline of DACL
▪ Develop and maintain up-to-date documentation and reports, including project charter and work breakdown structure.
