This team runs on coffee with an infectious passion to build products that have never been built before. Our Flexible Energy Stack consists of the e^pack (battery pack) and e^pump (charging station) which together unlock 15-minute rapid charging.

What you will do:
This is a special role for an engineering generalist. From documenting RCA bugs on the battery pack to building test rigs to establishing test standards for incoming quality/end of the line to hitting the field to getting hands-on with understanding customer-facing issues – we’re looking at a passionate engineer who is comfortable with chaos and can pick up any challenge thrown at them.
Responsibilities:
- Work towards delivering repeatable and reliable excellent customer experience.
- Conduct DoE to arrive at RCA of bugs, any
- Engineering bugs
- Process bugs
- Field bugs
- Build the tools necessary to track the above and provide objectivity
- Define sub-system requirements: break down system level requirements into sub-system requirements.
- Setup integration and establish testing standards
- Raise bugs, & assign them to relevant sub-systems and prioritize
- Work with the right people on RCAs and resolve bugs
- Make sure the product is meeting all specifications
