This role involves managing and developing strategic business initiatives, driving sales and revenue growth, ensuring operational efficiency, and leading a diverse team. The Sales Manager will serve as the primary representative of the company in India, ensuring that the company’s objectives are met in alignment with the local market dynamics and cultural nuances.
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaboration with the Chief Revenue Officer to ensure seamless connection across all elements of the India operating model.
- Responsible for developing and aligning business plans, strategic objectives, milestones, KPIs, and linking them to the overall corporate objectives.
- Lead, connect, and influence internal stakeholders to align and deliver impactful strategies to win in markets and build the IBS Electronics brand externally.
- Foster and create an environment, where people and diverse teams can contribute, take accountability, and learn from each other.
- Responsible for maintaining quality service to customers by providing the highest level of customer service experience.
- Build company image by collaborating with customers, industry organizations, and employees while observing ethical business practices.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, establishing professional networks, benchmarking state-of-the-art practices, and participating in professional societies to keep abreast of the best business practices related to our industry.
- Fulfill other tasks and deliverables that are related to this role.
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 10yrs of Managerial experience in Electronics components
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics & Electrical Engineering, with a Master’s Degree, is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English
- Possess strong communication skills at all levels of the Organization.
- Problem-solving and strong analytical ability.
- Have a good relationship with customers and suppliers.
- Demonstrated ability to present, influence, negotiate, and effectively coach managers and supervisors to use the company’s best practices
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and a high level of confidentiality
- Strong oral, written, and presentation communication skills. Ability to express opinions professionally, strong conflict resolution skills.
- Good organizational, planning, and follow-up skills.
