This role is responsible for supporting inbound customer inquiries, processing orders, following up on leads, and maintaining high levels of service to ensure a positive customer experience across every interaction. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment aligned with U.S. business hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and live chat in a timely and professional manner
- Support customers using our new e-commerce platform, assisting with web orders, product availability, pricing, order status, and delivery tracking
- Process sales orders and enter customer data accurately in CRM and ERP systems
- Follow up on inbound leads, quote requests (RFQs), and web inquiries to help convert interest into sales opportunities
- Collaborate with the U.S. Inside Sales and Operations teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate customer records and assist with administrative support related to sales transactions
- Ensure all customer interactions align with our commitment to efficiency, responsiveness, and value creation
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related B2B role (experience in electronics or manufacturing is a plus)
- Excellent communication skills in English — both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems (Salesforce, Netsuite, or similar platforms) preferred
- Tech-savvy and able to support customers using digital tools and e-commerce systems
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently during night shift hours
- Prior experience working remotely is an advantage
