Job Description
- Handling the DD Team, including allocation & review of tasks to team members.
- Responsible for Network expansion and optimization activities.
- Cluster evaluation to identify strategic location/area for new dealership (identification of new potential markets).
- Site surveys & Scouting to Identify new dealers by cold calling/Area Visit and leads shared by company.
- Follow up with the call center team for prospect lead status and generate the HOT prospect.
- Short listing of Parties and coordinating for their financial due diligence.
- Preparing the final Presentation of the short-listed parties to present before management & Scheduling parties final Interview with Top Management.
- Follow up for Pre –LOI & Agreement Documents and Initial Payments with shortlisted Parties.
- Issuing the LOI & Agreement.
- Co-ordination with Vendor for completing the showrooms with New Norms within the stipulated time line.
- Maintaining Gantt Chart to Check the progress for New Dealer appointment (From LOI till Dealer activation).
- Interaction with New Dealer applicants, progress check, documentation till final activation.
- Preparing Network tracker and MIS.
- End to end handling of all the dealer F&F cases, including dealer discussions, paperwork, dealer calls and every single step in the process.
- Good client facing, negotiation skills preferred, Experience of handling a team of junior executives will be an added advantage
