What will I be doing at Ather?
- Manage relationships with Grid Hosts and ensure the necessary support is provided by the host for a smooth installation, maintenance and high Grid Up-time of the Grid.Grid systems
- Provide remote support for field technicians during installation and maintenance of Grid systems
- Drive and track KPIs and generate reports related to development and maintenance of CI systems – vendor efficiency, field challenges, track uptime challenges, safety and upkeep of CI stations, repository of installation, maintenance and audit data
- Support Grid Ops Manager in ensuring Grid installations are as per the CI expansion plan and proactively escalate challenges, if any.
- Manage inventory of CI, consumables, and spares and undertake field audits across locations. Drive quick movement of failed components to the central repair line
- Maintain a repository of images and approach directions, road signs, geo location details of each Grid system
- Provide support to CI Relations team in undertaking feasibility audits in remote locations through field (vendor) teams
