We’re looking for an application engineer who can be the technical bridge between Maxwell’s R&D Team and the Customer, and help integrate Maxwell’s products into the customer’s end application.
- Understand Maxwell’s Products and Ecosystem better than anyone at Maxwell
- Understand customer’s end application (Eg: e-2W) and recommend the ideal product(Eg: BMS) that meets the application’s needs.
- Train and mentor the customer, in using and integrating the product in the end application.
- Work hand in glove with the customers in testing the product and the application.
- Work on fast and effective resolution of issues faced by the customer during system integration and testing.
- Be the “customer’s voice” at Maxwell to ensure that all of the customer/application’s technical needs are met.
Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience working as a Design Engineer/System Engineer/Application Engineer.
- Hands-on experience with Embedded Systems.
- Extremely good communication skills.
- Extremely good analytical skills.
- Experience with Li-ion battery packs & electric vehicles is preferred.

- Been part of Formula Student team.
