      Jio is planning to introduce its first ever electric scooter, the Jio Electric Scooter 2025 soon. It is designed to redefine urban mobility, this scooter is a combination of affordability, efficiency, and smart connectivity. Unlike its competitors that rely on flashy gimmicks, Jio’s approach focuses on practical needs, making electric mobility accessible to the masses.

      The 4kW hub motor that powers Jio’s electric scooter produces 110 Nm of torque. A smooth city ride is guaranteed with this configuration. A smooth throttle response is provided by the Jio Electric Scooter 2025, in contrast to many low-cost EVs that have jerky acceleration. It is safe and comfortable for daily commuting because of its rapid but gentle acceleration.

      To accommodate varying needs, the scooter has three riding modes:

      • Eco Mode: For stop-and-go city traffic, Eco Mode maximizes battery range.
      • City Mode: Achieves equilibrium between effectiveness and performance.
      • Sport Mode: Provides more power while cruising on the highway.

      A 3.2 kWh lithium-ion battery powers the Jio Electric Scooter, which has an amazing 120 km range in optimum circumstances (IDC). Be prepared for a dependable 80–100 km per charge when cycling in actual cities.

      Some of its battery system’s salient features are:

      • Standard Home Charging: It takes about 4.5 hours to fully charge using standard home charging.
      • Jio Battery Swap Stations: Fast swap at specified locations in less than two minutes.
      • Weather-resistant Build: Even in the midst of the monsoon, a battery with an IP67 rating guarantees longevity.

      A properly adjusted suspension system is one of the most important components in guaranteeing a comfortable ride in India. For comfort rather than sportiness, Jio outfitted this scooter with a mono-shock at the back and telescopic front forks. Even at 60–70 km/h, this configuration helps absorb the majority of road disturbances, guaranteeing a smooth ride.

      The CBS (Combi-Braking System), which offers assured stopping power, significantly improves safety. An additional degree of security is provided by the scooter’s anti-skid tires, which keep traction even on damp roads.

      Jio Electric Scooter 2025 incorporates state-of-the-art intelligent features in addition to cost and performance:
      Real-time tracking, remote diagnostics, and over-the-air upgrades are made possible with 4G LTE connectivity.

      • JioMart 101: A special function that lets customers place grocery orders through the scooter’s interface, frequently with special savings.
      • Geo-fencing and Theft Alerts: Notifies users if the scooter leaves a predetermined area.
      • Speech Navigation: Turn-by-turn directions are shown on the digital console using voice control, doing away with the need for a phone.
      • AI-Powered Battery Management: Longer battery life by modifying charging schedules according on rider behavior.

      Low operating expenses are a hallmark of electric scooters, and Jio’s product is no different.

      Operating Cost: About Rs 0.30 per km, which is five times less than the price of petrol scooters, which are about Rs 1.50 per km.
      Low Maintenance: Compared to typical scooters, servicing expenses are anticipated to be 60% lower because there is no need for engine oil, spark plugs, or clutch adjustments.
      Jio Ecosystem: Benefits of the Jio Ecosystem include priority battery switching, free internet for the scooter’s connected app, and discounts on charging at JioPoints.
