      JBM Auto Presents Electric Luxury Coach at Auto Expo 2023

      Automotive manufacturer, JBM Auto has introduced its first electric luxury coach, ‘Galaxy,’ at Auto Expo 2023.

      GalaxyThe company is part of the USD 2.2 billion JBM Group and showcased its new series of electric buses including a city bus, school bus and staff bus.

      JBM Auto’s Vice Chairman Nishant Arya stated that the company will expand its offering in the electric vehicle segment.

      Arya stated that the new range of electric buses will meet the market’s growing requirements, particularly fleet owners who want to find sustainable, safe and reliable solutions.

      The company didn’t disclose the cost of the coach. There are currently 1,000 JBM electric buses operating in 12 states.

      Arya said that JBM group is the only Indian player to offer an entire ecosystem of EVs and is committed to investing in green mobility solutions.

      JBM Auto will also invest in increasing manufacturing capacity and setting up new plants to meet the growing demand.

      The Galaxy’s coach, which measures 12 metres high, is fully equipped with the most recent technology and can hold 45 passengers.

      The battery is high-energy density and can travel up to 1,000 km per day according to JBM Auto.
