Mansour MG Automotive, the only authorised importer of MG automobiles in Egypt, and Infinity have established a strategic alliance. The goal of this partnership is to dramatically increase the nationwide uptake of electric vehicles.

Owners of MG4 EVs will receive several advantages from the agreement, guaranteeing a great charging experience. Mansour MG Automotive will collaborate closely with Infinity to encourage the broad usage of EVs in Egypt by taking advantage of its exclusive importer status.

Customers purchasing MG4 EVs will have two primary ways to charge: either a free home charger installation or an exclusive, custom-made, point-based Infinity pre-paid charging card. At any of Infinity’s AC and DC charging stations, the pre-paid card offers complimentary charging sessions for a maximum of 40,000 kilometres. By providing dependable and practical charging options across the country, Infinity’s vast network aims to improve infrastructure accessibility and ease the shift to electric vehicles.

Shams Abdel Ghaffar, Managing Director of Infinity’s EV Division, expressed enthusiasm about the partnership. “We look forward to joining forces with Mansour MG Automotive to spearhead the widespread adoption of electric vehicles throughout Egypt. This partnership combines Infinity’s expertise in sustainable energy solutions with Mansour MG’s strong presence in the automotive industry, enabling us to transform the EV landscape,” he said.

Celebrating 100 years of automotive excellence, Mansour MG Automotive launched its first electric vehicle in the Egyptian market, the MG4 EV. This launch marks a significant milestone for the MG brand, signalling a commitment to environmentally friendly electric mobility in alignment with global trends to reduce pollution and preserve the climate. The debut of the MG4 EV coincided with MG’s centennial anniversary, highlighting the brand’s long-standing history and global popularity. As the exclusive official importer of MG in Egypt, Mansour MG Automotive has played a crucial role in bringing this innovative vehicle to the local market.
