In a major boost to India’s electric mobility revolution, Indofast Energy, a leading battery-swapping solutions provider, has entered into a strategic partnership with e-Sprinto, one of India’s fastest-growing electric two-wheeler brands. The collaboration aims to deploy 20,000 electric two-wheelers across India by 2026, supporting sustainable transportation, reducing carbon emissions, and empowering the nation’s growing gig economy workforce.

This alliance will seamlessly integrate e-Sprinto’s reliable and high-performance electric vehicles with Indofast Energy’s extensive and rapidly expanding battery-swapping infrastructure, offering delivery partners a two-minute battery swap solution. The initiative addresses the common challenges of range anxiety and charging downtime, enabling uninterrupted operations for quick commerce, e-commerce, and food delivery sectors.

      Accelerating Clean Mobility Across India

By establishing battery-swapping infrastructure along high-demand corridors, the partnership is set to revolutionise last-mile delivery operations. Businesses will benefit from reduced operating costs, while delivery personnel and gig workers gain efficient, reliable, and sustainable transportation solutions. The move underscores the commitment of both Indofast Energy and e-Sprinto to making electric mobility accessible, convenient, and economically viable across India.

      Statements from Leadership

Anant Badjatya, CEO, Indofast Energy, said:

“We are thrilled to partner with e-Sprinto, an OEM that shares our vision for a sustainable and accessible electric future. By integrating e-Sprinto’s high-quality vehicles with our network, we are expanding our reach and accelerating EV adoption across India, further solidifying our leadership in the electric mobility revolution.”

Atul Gupta, co-founder and director of e-Sprinto, added:

“Our collaboration with Indofast Energy is a game-changer. With their extensive battery-swapping network complementing our vehicles, this partnership ensures convenience, reliability, and efficiency for customers, making electric mobility the preferred choice for commercial and personal transportation.”

      Indofast Energy’s Expanding EV Infrastructure

This partnership aligns with Indofast Energy’s ambitious roadmap, which includes:

      • Deploying 2,750 swap stations and supporting 150,000vehicles by March 2026.

      • Establishing 10,000 swapping points across 40+ Indian cities over the next three years.

      • Collaborating with leading vehicle partners such as Zypp, Omega Seiki Mobility, Shadowfax, Triev, Wickedride, Green Drive, Eveez, Hala Mobility, Rapido, Whizz, bluwheelz Loadshare, and Bike Bazaar.

      • Partnering with infrastructure stakeholders like IOCL, Indian Railways, BESCOM, DTL, BRPL, BYPL, STATIQ, Power Pod, BMRCL, MMRC, and HMR.

Currently, Indofast Energy operates over 1,000 battery-swapping stations in 10 states and 22 cities, serving critical mobility hubs and creating a robust ecosystem for electric two-wheelers.

      Driving India’s Electric Mobility Future

The Indofast Energy and e-Sprinto partnership represents a pivotal step in accelerating India’s adoption of clean and efficient electric transportation. By combining innovative battery-swapping technology with high-performance EVs, the collaboration is set to transform last-mile delivery and personal mobility, contributing to India’s goals for sustainable urban transport and carbon emission reduction.
