Bullwork Mobility has officially unveiled the BEAST 9696 E, touted as India’s most powerful and technologically advanced electric tractor. The launch took place at EXCON 2025, South Asia’s premier construction and heavy equipment exhibition, marking a significant milestone for India’s electric farm machinery sector.

Ground-Up Design with Advanced Electric Architecture

Unlike retrofitted diesel models, the BEAST 9696 E is built entirely from scratch on a new in-house electric architecture. Key specifications include:

      • Dual-motor drive system delivering 60 kW power

      • High-capacity 96 kWh battery

      • Fast-charging capability: 0–100% in approximately 2 hours

      • Drive-by-wire controls and smart work modes

The tractor also supports autonomous-ready features and an e-shifter with multiple speed settings, combining high performance with modern control systems.

Lower Operating Costs for Heavy-Duty Applications

Bullwork Mobility claims the BEAST 9696 E can reduce operational costs up to ₹3 lakh annually for farmers and industrial operators compared with conventional diesel tractors. The electric drivetrain eliminates fuel expenses, reduces maintenance, and improves overall efficiency, making it ideal for agriculture, material handling, and industrial applications.

Years of R&D and Supplier Collaboration

The development of BEAST 9696 E involved over four years of research and development, including:

      • Evaluating 2,600 global vendors

      • Designing 10+ major systems from scratch

      • Rigorous testing and validation to meet high-performance standards

This meticulous approach ensures that the BEAST 9696 E delivers reliable performance and durability under heavy-duty conditions.

      Catalyzing India’s Electric Tractor Market

Electric tractors are an emerging segment in India, with adoption historically limited by high upfront costs and infrastructure constraints. The BEAST 9696 E, with its advanced features and high power output, aims to accelerate the shift to electric farm machinery, supporting modern agriculture and industrial productivity.

Bullwork Mobility’s launch is expected to boost awareness, adoption, and innovation in India’s EV agricultural equipment sector.

      Conclusion

The introduction of the BEAST 9696 E positions Bullwork Mobility as a pioneer in India’s electric tractor segment, combining cutting-edge technology, high power, and operational efficiency. With its market debut at EXCON 2025, the BEAST 9696 E represents a major step toward electrifying agriculture and industrial equipment across the country.
