With the various events and changes at the companies attracting investors, trading on Indian automobile and EV stocks showed different trends on September 10, 2025.
Bharat Electronics rose by nearly 4.33% to ₹388.05, reflecting strong investor confidence in the growing electronics and defense sectors. Olectra Greentech also performed well, climbing 2.86% to ₹1,612.60, further supporting the e-bus sector. HEG rose by 1.96% to ₹508.85, while HBL Engineering went up by 2.18% to ₹867.15. These automotive giants, Bharat Forge and Amara Raja Energy & Mobility, also showed a rise of 1.55% and 1.18%, respectively, underpinning the component and battery sectors.
On the flip side, several notable players faced declines. Shares of Bosch fell by 1.19% to close at ₹41,005, while Hero MotoCorp declined by 1.35% to ₹5,350.50 as motorcycle market pressure prevailed. Exicom Tele-Systems lost 2.43%, while Exide Industries declined by 1.06%, with caution pervading the battery sector. Tata Motors, Ola Electric, and Uno Minda were other major losers composing 0.91%, 0.79%, and 1.10%, respectively.
The trading in general had strong momentum in electronics and EV infrastructure, and certain pullbacks were seen in conventional auto and battery producers.
