In a major boost to India’s growing electric mobility ecosystem, Incharz (Servotech EV Infra Pvt. Ltd.) has entered into a strategic partnership with leading real estate developer Gaurs Group to deploy public electric vehicle (EV) charging stations across National Capital Region (NCR) and key cities in Uttar Pradesh. The collaboration aims to significantly improve access to reliable, affordable charging for EV users in residential and commercial hubs.

Public EV Chargers to Be Installed at High-Footfall Locations

Under the partnership, public EV charging infrastructure will be installed across Gaurs Group’s residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. These locations include high-density housing societies, office complexes, retail centres and other high-footfall properties, ensuring maximum visibility and accessibility for EV users.

Incharz will be responsible for the end-to-end execution, including the installation, operation and maintenance of the charging stations. The initiative is being supported by Noida Power Company Limited (NPCL) for power supply and compliance at select locations.

Affordable Charging to Drive Faster EV Adoption

A key highlight of the partnership is Incharz’s commitment to offering discounted EV charging tariffs across all Gaurs Group locations. This move is expected to reduce charging costs for daily commuters, residents and visitors, directly supporting the mass adoption of electric vehicles in urban and semi-urban corridors of NCR and Uttar Pradesh.

The companies aim to create a convenient, affordable and user-friendly charging ecosystem that removes one of the biggest adoption barriers—charging availability and cost.

      Strengthening Urban Clean Mobility Infrastructure

Speaking on the collaboration, senior officials from Incharz highlighted that deploying chargers at high-density residential and commercial developments is a critical step toward building an accessible public charging network. The partnership reflects Incharz’s long-term vision of supporting India’s clean mobility transition by building strong, scalable EV infrastructure.

Gaurs Group, on the other hand, reiterated its focus on sustainable urban development. The real estate major emphasised that the addition of public EV chargers aligns with its commitment to creating future-ready, environmentally responsible living and working spaces.

Strategic Push for NCR and Uttar Pradesh EV Ecosystem

The NCR region and Uttar Pradesh are emerging as key EV growth markets driven by rising vehicle registrations, state EV policies, and rapid urbanisation. With this partnership, Incharz and Gaurs Group aim to accelerate EV adoption in Tier-1 and fast-growing Tier-2 cities, addressing the growing demand for accessible public charging infrastructure.

Building India’s Future-Ready EV Charging Network

With electric vehicle adoption accelerating across two-wheelers, three-wheelers, passenger cars and commercial fleets, dependable public charging infrastructure has become a cornerstone of the clean mobility transition. The Incharz–Gaurs Group partnership marks a significant milestone in strengthening India’s EV charging backbone, particularly in densely populated urban regions.

As charging accessibility improves and tariffs become more affordable, industry experts expect stronger consumer confidence and sharper growth in EV penetration across NCR and adjoining states.
