With the announcement of a significant enhancement to its Charge myHyundai Smart Tariff, Hyundai Connected Mobility (HCM) has reaffirmed its dedication to affordable and practical electric mobility throughout Europe. Subscribers in Germany, Norway, Sweden, and the UK can now access the updated pricing.
Significant savings are now possible with the revised Charge myHyundai Smart Tariff, which offers up to 30% off at specific partner-operated charging stations. This is a big improvement over the previous flat 15% discount. Customers receive better value and access to some of the most reputable charge point operators in their respective markets, despite a slight increase in the base subscription fee.
Hyundai’s preferred partner network now includes:
- Germany: Aral pulse, IONITY, Mer Germany, and Shell Recharge
- Norway: Eviny, Recharge, and IONITY
- Sweden: Eviny, Recharge, IONITY, and Incharge-Vattenfall
- UK: BP Pulse and IONITY (with fixed prices instead of percentage-based discounts)
“With adaptable mobility solutions that improve drivers’ experiences from the start to the last mile, Hyundai Connected Mobility seeks to empower people.” Marcus Welz, CEO of Hyundai Connected Mobility, stated, “We are improving the value and accessibility of Charge myHyundai for EV drivers by updating our Smart Tariff and establishing a reliable partner network.”
With this news, Hyundai is continuing to expand its Charge myHyundai network, which now has over 970,000 charging stations spread across 29 European countries and is backed by more than 1,500 charge point providers.
Hyundai hopes to promote widespread EV adoption with this expansion and revised pricing strategy, lowering the cost and increasing the efficiency of e-mobility while advancing a more environmentally friendly automotive future.
