Electric bike maker Heybike has officially unveiled its latest model, the Venus, a lightweight commuter-focused e-bike designed to combine practical urban transportation with relaxed recreational riding. With a starting MSRP of $1,499, the Venus aims to offer a versatile riding experience for everyday users.

The Venus is built around a step-through aluminum frame, making it accessible to a wide range of riders. The recommended rider height spans from 4’11” to 6’2” (150–188 cm), ensuring comfort and ease of use for most adults. Heybike describes the Venus as a “dual-use lightweight e-bike”, capable of handling weekday commuting tasks as well as casual weekend rides without compromising on efficiency or comfort.

      Power and Performance

Under the rear hub, the Venus is powered by a 750W motor producing up to 70 Nm of torque, enabling quick acceleration in city traffic and confidence on moderate hills. The e-bike can reach speeds up to 28 mph (45 km/h), classifying it as a Class 3 e-bike in the United States when configured correctly.

This combination of a lightweight frame, strong drivetrain, and dual-use versatility positions the Venus as an attractive option for riders who want an e-bike that balances performance, comfort, and everyday practicality.

      Target Riders

Heybike designed the Venus with urban commuters and recreational riders in mind. Its step-through frame and ergonomic design make it easy to mount and maneuver, while the powerful motor ensures riders can confidently tackle hilly routes or city streets. The company emphasizes that the Venus is meant for users who don’t want to sacrifice functionality for leisure or vice versa.

      Availability

The Heybike Venus is now available for purchase with a starting price of $1,499. For more information, visit Heybike’s official website or authorized dealers.
