Greaves Electric Mobility (GEML), a leading Indian electric mobility player and part of the Greaves Cotton legacy, has officially rolled out its latest electric scooter, the Magnus Grand, to customers in Delhi. The milestone was marked by the ceremonial handover of the first deliveries, attended by Mr. Karan Thapar, Chairman of Greaves Cotton, and Mr. Vikas Singh, Managing Director of Greaves Electric Mobility, signaling the company’s ongoing commitment to accelerating India’s shift toward sustainable mobility.

      Advanced Features and Design

The Ampere Magnus Grand is powered by a safe and durable LFP battery backed by a 5-year warranty, engineered for longevity and reliability under Indian road conditions. Its dual-frame chassis, spacious ergonomics, and premium dual-tone design deliver a blend of comfort, safety, and style, offering a confident riding experience for families.

      Customer-Centric Approach

During the Delhi launch, GEML leadership engaged directly with customers, dealers, and ecosystem partners, emphasizing the company’s focus on dependable after-sales service and a seamless ownership experience. Discussions included enhancing dealer network readiness, spares availability, and trained service personnel, critical factors in building customer confidence and promoting faster EV adoption.

“The Magnus Grand deliveries in Delhi reaffirm our commitment to providing clean, reliable, and accessible electric mobility solutions at scale,” said Mr. Vikas Singh, MD, Greaves Electric Mobility.

      Strengthening EV Ecosystem

GEML’s leadership also interacted with dealer partners and stakeholders across Delhi NCR to strengthen service networks, infrastructure, and capacity, ensuring that customers receive robust support throughout their EV journey. The initiative reflects GEML’s strategy to create a holistic EV ecosystem covering design, manufacturing, distribution, service, retail, and finance.

Greaves Electric Mobility’s Legacy and Market Presence

With over 17 years of EV innovation, 500+ service and retail touchpoints, a community of 3 lakh+ customers, and six national records, GEML has firmly established itself as one of India’s leading EV manufacturers. Leveraging the 165-year Greaves legacy, the company continues to lead the charge in delivering innovative and reliable electric mobility solutions to Indian consumers.

      Accelerating India’s EV Journey

The Magnus Grand rollout in Delhi not only marks a milestone in GEML’s customer engagement but also underscores the company’s broader vision of shaping the future of electric mobility in India. By focusing on customer experience, service infrastructure, and innovative EV solutions, Greaves Electric Mobility aims to play a pivotal role in advancing sustainable transportation and accelerating the country’s transition to clean, efficient, and accessible mobility.
