Godawari Electric Motors has announced a one-of-its-kind Roadside Assistance Program for its EV three-wheeler, Eblu Rozee.
The company is offering 3-year complimentary Roadside Assistance to all the Eblu Rozee purchased in the month of November (1st November-30th November 2023). The RSA will be valid across all the touchpoints of the company across the country.
The 24×7 Roadside Assistance program guarantees complete peace of mind to the customers at no additional cost and will cover a wide range of benefits which include Flat tyre assistance, Battery jumpstart, Lockout service, Minor repairs and towing service. There will be a dedicated round-the-clock helpline to assist customers in case of any unwarranted emergency. A dedicated helpline number will assist the customers and skilled technicians will be dispatched to assist customers to their location with towing truck support in case of a requirement. In the event of a major breakdown, towing support up to 40 km will be provided to the nearest authorized service center.
