Evera, a leading electric cab mobility platform, has announced a significant expansion plan that positions it as India’s largest EV car mobility provider. The company is set to scale its electric fleet to 4,500 vehicles by June 2026, strengthening its leadership in the rapidly evolving electric mobility ecosystem.
Currently operating 500 electric vehicles, Evera plans to add 2,500 EVs by the end of the ongoing financial year (March 2026), followed by further expansion to achieve its ambitious fleet target within the next quarter.
Signodrive Partnership Powers Rapid Scale-Up
A key driver of Evera’s expansion is its collaboration with Signodrive Technologies. Earlier this year, Signodrive leased a 4,000-vehicle electric fleet from Gensol Engineering under NCLT through the Insolvency Resolution Process (IRP). These vehicles will now be deployed exclusively on the Evera platform, significantly enhancing its operational scale and service coverage.
This strategic alignment strengthens Evera’s asset base while enabling faster market penetration without compromising service quality.
USD 2 Million Funding Boosts Infrastructure and Technology
Evera has also secured USD 2 million in funding from an investor associated with Signodrive Technologies. The fresh capital will be utilised to enhance EV infrastructure, upgrade fleet management systems, and integrate next-generation operational technologies.
The investment reinforces Evera’s long-term expansion roadmap and supports its transition into a premium electric mobility provider across B2C and B2B segments.
Strong Focus on Premium B2C and Corporate Mobility
Evera serves both consumer and enterprise customers, with airport transfers accounting for a major share of its B2C business. On the corporate side, the platform is widely used for employee pickup and drop-off services, offering dependable and sustainable mobility solutions to organisations.
The company’s expansion into the premium B2C segment reflects its focus on service reliability, operational excellence, and superior customer experience.
Leadership Commentary on Growth and Vision
Commenting on the development, Mr. Nimish Trivedi, co-founder & CEO of Evera, said the funding and partnerships will significantly strengthen the company’s operational capabilities while accelerating the evolution of its technology platform. He highlighted that Signodrive’s technology arm will play a crucial role in supporting Evera’s growth and innovation journey.
Addressing Gaps in Premium Electric Mobility
The expansion comes at a time when Delhi NCR continues to face a shortage of reliable, premium electric cab services. Evera’s growing scale, coupled with its strong operational foundation, positions the company as one of India’s most dependable and scalable electric cab operators.
With assured airport services since 2022 and consistently strong service metrics, Evera has built a robust reputation across multiple use cases, including daily commutes, corporate travel, long-distance journeys, and hourly rentals.
Driving ESG Goals Through 100% Electric Operations
By operating a fully electric fleet, Evera enables corporate clients and individual users to reduce their carbon footprint while benefiting from transparent pricing, professionally trained drivers, and zero-cancellation reliability. The platform also supports organizations in achieving ESG and sustainability objectives through clean mobility adoption.
As India’s demand for sustainable and premium urban transport continues to grow, Evera’s rapid fleet expansion and infrastructure investments place it at the forefront of the country’s electric mobility transition.
