On July 30, 2025, electric vehicle (EV) and auto component stocks in India showed a mixed trend in the stock market. While some companies recorded solid gains, others stayed mostly flat, showing stability despite broader market fluctuations.

      Top Gainers

Greaves Cotton stood out with a strong gain of 6.65%, closing at ₹212.11. The company has recently gained attention for its progress in electric two- and three-wheeler development. HEG also performed well, climbing 1.70% to ₹534.25, possibly driven by demand for its graphite products in battery and EV applications.

Exicom Tele-Systems Ltd., a notable player in EV charging and battery solutions, rose by 1.19% to ₹166.6, showing growing interest from investors in charging infrastructure. JBM Auto and Ola Electric Mobility Ltd. also posted steady gains of 1.09% and 1.08% respectively, highlighting confidence in the growing EV ecosystem in India.

      Steady Performers

Companies like Bosch (up 0.37%) and HBL Engineering (up 0.47%) delivered mild but positive movements. Their consistent performance shows investor trust in large, diversified players in the EV and auto component segments.

Meanwhile, UNO Minda, EXIDE Industries, and Uniparts India stayed nearly flat, reflecting market stability and long-term investor interest.

The mixed stock movements indicate that while investor confidence in India’s EV growth story remains strong, the market continues to respond selectively to company performance, innovations, and future growth plans. With EV adoption rising steadily, key players in charging, components, and electric vehicles are expected to stay in focus in the coming weeks.
