Euler Motors has partnered with Jio-bp, the operating brand of Reliance BP Mobility Limited, to expand electric vehicle charging infrastructure for commercial EVs across India. The collaboration aims to improve charging access at high-demand logistics hubs, supporting fleet operators transitioning to electric mobility.
The two companies signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on February 6, 2026. The agreement was formalized by Rubin Pather, Head of Electric Mobility at Jio-bp, and Ashish Tandon, Global Head of Customer Excellence at Euler Motors.
Under the partnership, Euler Motors and Jio-bp will jointly identify logistics and commercial hubs with significant EV charging demand. Euler Motors will facilitate connections between Jio-bp and its fleet customers interested in hosting charging stations, while Jio-bp will introduce Euler Motors to its customer base through its Trans-Connect platform.
The collaboration comes as Euler Motors ramps up deployment of its recently launched Euler TURBO EV 1000 Fast Charge and Euler Storm EV Fast Charge models. Jio-bp currently operates close to 7,000 EV charge points across more than 1,000 locations nationwide, including India’s first 480 kW liquid-cooled fast charger.
Jio-bp CEO Akshay Wadhwa highlighted the importance of operational reliability for commercial fleets, noting that the partnership aligns fast and dependable charging infrastructure with electric cargo solutions that are rapidly scaling across urban logistics networks.
The partnership is expected to strengthen India’s EV ecosystem by enabling targeted deployment of charging infrastructure where commercial demand is highest, supporting the country’s broader clean mobility goals.
Reliance BP Mobility Limited operates under the Jio-bp brand as a joint venture between Reliance Industries Limited and bp, offering fuels, lubricants, and advanced mobility solutions including EV charging, compressed biogas, and aviation fuel through its air bp-Jio brand. Founded in 2018, Delhi-based Euler Motors is an electric commercial vehicle manufacturer focused on cargo delivery solutions for retail and institutional customers.
