Phase 1 of EMotorad’s gigafactory, Dynem, the company’s specialized manufacturing arm, has been successfully completed. EMotorad is a major player in India’s electric mobility market.

This cutting-edge factory, which has an amazing yearly production capacity of 5,00,000 units, solidifies EMotorad’s standing as a global leader in the EV sector and establishes a new benchmark for innovation and scalability throughout South Asia.

The facility, which is primarily intended for foreign markets, has already attracted considerable attention from some of the biggest merchants in the US and Europe.

This rising demand is evidence of EMotorad’s fundamental conviction that India has the infrastructure and know-how to manufacture top-notch EV goods, establishing the nation as a major player in the global EV market.

“When we imagined the gigafactory at this scale, we underestimated both the challenges and the incredible opportunities it would bring,” stated Kunal Gupta, co-founder and CEO of EMotorad. “Now that several verticals are working together harmoniously under one roof, we are more assured than ever about our talents. In 2025, we embrace the new opportunities that come with doing business internationally while also ensuring the caliber of our homegrown goods.”

Phase 1’s completion marks the start of its four-stage plan, and more expansion has already been announced for the upcoming years. Seven out of ten e-cycles sold in India are currently manufactured at EMotorad’s state-of-the-art factory, which has allowed it to maintain an astonishing 70 percent+ market share over the last two years, making it the dominating leader in the Indian e-cycle market.
