Pune-based ElektrikExpress, an AI-driven urban mobility and logistics platform, has announced the successful deployment of 500 electric delivery vehicles across six major Indian cities—Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Pune, Mumbai, and Thane. The company, which focuses on sustainable and inclusive last-mile logistics, aims to expand its fleet to over 5,000 electric delivery vehicles by March 2026.

This milestone comes as ElektrikExpress continues to revolutionize India’s growing quick-commerce and e-grocery logistics sector through its proprietary MicroLogi™ logistics intelligence system. The company has already signed Letters of Intent (LOIs) and Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with 10 leading quick-commerce partners, enabling large-scale EV-based delivery operations for hyperlocal logistics.

AI-Driven Logistics for Smarter, Greener Cities

ElektrikExpress’s fleet currently includes Electric Cargo Cycles (ECCs), Electric Two-Wheelers (E2Ws), and 2.5-Wheel Electric Trikes, all designed for efficient, emission-free urban deliveries. The company’s upcoming phase will see an additional 5,000 electric vehicles deployed through FY2025–26, addressing India’s surging demand for sustainable last-mile delivery solutions.

Its proprietary MicroLogi™ system integrates real-time analytics and predictive maintenance, helping fleet operators reduce downtime by 30% and optimize delivery routes. During pilot operations, the system’s AI-driven predictive alerts improved fleet reliability, reduced operational expenses, and enhanced overall delivery performance.

      Driving Sustainability and Inclusivity

In just six months of operations, ElektrikExpress has already achieved measurable environmental and social impact—reducing over 100 tons of CO₂ emissions and empowering more than 300 women riders across its operational network. Notably, 70% of its rider base comprises women, underscoring the company’s commitment to gender-inclusive mobility and livelihood generation.

Speaking about the company’s mission, Mr. Chintamani Sardesai, founder and CEO of ElektrikExpress, said:

“We’re building India’s most inclusive and intelligent mobility platform—one where safety, sustainability, and livelihood go hand in hand. ElektrikExpress was never just about vehicles; it’s about people and purpose. With MicroLogi™ ensuring efficiency and Dial4567 strengthening safety, we’re creating a connected, empowered workforce that keeps cities moving responsibly.”

      Partnerships Enhancing Rider Safety

ElektrikExpress has also partnered with Helpline Dial4567 Workforce Shield, a comprehensive safety and emergency response platform for gig workers and delivery riders. This collaboration offers live tracking, emergency support, and community-based safety services, available in both free and premium plans. By integrating safety and operational intelligence, ElektrikExpress is positioning itself as a model for ethical, tech-enabled urban logistics.

Building the Future of Sustainable Urban Logistics

With rapid urbanization and increasing quick-commerce adoption, ElektrikExpress is leading the charge in transforming India’s last-mile delivery ecosystem through clean, intelligent, and inclusive mobility. By merging AI, electric mobility, and workforce empowerment, the company envisions a future where logistics not only move goods but also uplift communities and protect the planet.
