Mention any key challenges the company faced in the development phases of its product?
There are few key challenges which company is facing in the development phase:
- Space acquisition: Most Indian Cities are constructed unplanned & hence finding a correct spot for Development of EV Charging Station is challenging.
- Software Development: Since, I was not from Computer Engineering background, it was very difficult to find correct people to develop and deliver EV Charger management Software.
- Customer Acquisition: Convincing the customer was real challenge as it’s a very new product & services.
- Talent Hiring: Electric Vehicle Industry is a new Industry in India. Finding the correct talent for our work was very challenging.
Sustainability has become the key anthem of every business. What’s your opinion on this? Where do you see the scope of net carbon neutrality initiatives in the upcoming days?
Absolutely, sustainability is no longer just a trend but a fundamental necessity for businesses. The push towards net carbon neutrality is gaining momentum globally as companies recognize their responsibility in combating climate change. In the upcoming days, I see a significant expansion of net carbon neutrality initiatives, driven by increased public awareness, regulatory pressure, and the realization that sustainable practices are not only good for the planet but also essential for long-term business resilience.
