Eicher Trucks and Buses, a business unit of VE Commercial Vehicles (VECV), has unveiled its next-generation Eicher Pro Plus Series of Light and Medium Duty (LMD) trucks. The new lineup is set to redefine India’s LMD trucking segment by introducing advanced, connected, and sustainable vehicles tailored to the nation’s evolving logistics landscape.
Rooted in the trusted legacy of the original Eicher Pro Series, the Pro Plus range brings significant enhancements in payload capacity, fuel efficiency, driver comfort, and intelligent connectivity. The new series is designed to deliver improved lifecycle profitability and operational efficiency across various transport applications.
Key features include factory-fitted, air-conditioned ergonomic cabins; increased payload for higher earnings per trip; extended cargo body options that reduce the need for aftermarket alterations; and smart air conditioning with an auto cut-off function during idling to improve fuel economy. Additionally, all models come equipped with 100% connectivity through the Eicher Live and My Eicher platforms, offering real-time diagnostics and fleet insights.

The Pro Plus series is designed to support both intra-city and long-haul applications, making it suitable for a variety of use cases, including FMCG, e-commerce, construction, and fresh produce logistics.
