Eicher Trucks & Buses, a division of VE Commercial Vehicles (VECV), showcased a comprehensive range of next-generation sustainable commercial vehicles at the 15th Cement Expo, held at the Yashobhoomi Convention Centre in New Delhi. Known as one of the most influential platforms for the Indian cement sector, the expo enabled Eicher to highlight its commitment to greener, more efficient logistics solutions tailored for the cement industry.
At the event, Eicher displayed its latest heavy-duty vehicle range, including the Eicher Pro 2119 CNG and the Eicher Pro 6028TM, which features an industry-first 10-cubic-meter drum capacity on a 6×4 platform. A key highlight was the unveiling of the Eicher Pro 6055 LNG, a next-generation 55T GCW 4×2 tractor, presented by Mr Sagar R. Kadu, Director of Logistics, Ministry of Commerce and Industry. The new product line reinforces Eicher’s focus on alternative fuel technologies such as LNG and CNG, supported by advanced features, robust engineering, and an expanding service ecosystem.
Eicher also set up interactive digital touchpoints, including the My Eicher platform, as well as the company’s industry-first Uptime Centre, demonstrating its wide service network and commitment to maximum fleet productivity.
Speaking about VECV’s participation, S.S. Gill, Chief Commercial Officer, VE Commercial Vehicles Ltd., emphasised the brand’s mission to offer sustainable, technology-driven logistics solutions for high-demand industries, such as cement.
