      Eicher and Pickkup Partner to Deploy 100 Pro X EVs

      Eicher Trucks and Buses, a division of VE Commercial Vehicles (VECV), has partnered with tech-enabled logistics provider Pickkup to deploy 100 units of its newly launched Eicher Pro X EV small trucks. The vehicles will be introduced in a phased manner across Delhi-NCR and Bengaluru, catering to high-demand applications such as retail distribution, e-commerce, FMCG, and perishable deliveries.

      This collaboration marks a major milestone in advancing sustainable logistics and zero-emission mobility in India. Pickkup, which operates a fully electric four-wheeler fleet under an asset-light model, works with several leading e-commerce and logistics players. By integrating the Eicher Pro X EV into its operations, the company aims to further enhance its smart and eco-friendly mid-mile and last-mile logistics solutions.

      The Eicher Pro X EV is designed and manufactured at VECV’s Industry 4.0-enabled facility in Bhopal. It features best-in-class range, the largest cargo capacity in its segment, and CCS2 fast-charging compatibility. The truck is also supported by Eicher’s Uptime Centre and the My Eicher connected platform, providing predictive diagnostics, real-time assistance, and maximum vehicle availability.

      Speaking on the occasion, Abhishek Chaudhary, SVP, Small Commercial Vehicles, Eicher Trucks and Buses, said:

      “This partnership with Pickkup represents a big step in our commitment to offering future-ready mobility solutions. The deployment of Pro X EVs reflects logistics operators’ growing confidence in EVs and their willingness to adopt sustainable solutions at scale.”
