      Mumbai Startup Looks for New EV Production Facility Through its Subsidiary

      Mumbai based EV startup eBikeGo has decided to set up a battery-powered vehicle production facility through its subsidiary Vajram Electric.

      EV Production At the new EV production center, the EV startup will produce electric vehicles Muvi and Velocipedo.

      Vajram Electric is a special business unit that has been established to fulfill the EV production requirements of eBikeGo.

      Following in the footsteps of eBikeGo, Vajram Electric will strengthen and expand the startup’s fragmented electric vehicle supply chain while contributing to locally produced vehicles.

      Irfan Khan, Founder & CEO, eBikeGo said: “A dedicated quality electric vehicle manufacturing unit is a daily necessity and Vajram Electric is the first and crucial step towards achieving the goal. this.

      He added that while the industry is full of white- and gray-label EV companies that identify and assemble products that aren’t sufficiently tested and tested, eBikeGo’s Vajram Electric aims to make a difference. by becoming an EV OEM as a service that addresses the current shortcomings of the electric vehicle industry.

      Vajram Electric will build an integrated EV ecosystem as well as develop the industry’s best two-wheel drive system.

      The company will produce a wide range of future product portfolios for vehicles for both the Indian and international markets.

      Thanks to horizontal integration with eBikeGo, the company will have access to mature B2B and B2C markets.

      Currently, the total fleet of vehicles running in eBikeGo is over 2,500 in the electric vehicle rental space, and these fleets collect about a petabyte of data from the vehicles.
