GreenCell Mobility Private Limited’s subsidiary, NueGo has launched its e-bus coaches at Maharana Pratap ISBT Kashmiri gate.

e-bus coachesNueGo is the first private electric company to start its services at ISBT, India’s oldest and largest Inter State Bus Terminal.

Ashish Kundra (Principal Secretary and Transport Commissioner of Delhi Government), and Devndra Chawla (MD & CEO, GreenCell) officially flagged off the brand’s first service from Delhi to Chandigarh from ISBT.

GreenCell’s flagship brand for electric mobility coaches in India, NueGo, was launched last year. The brand is successfully plying its fleet currently across India, primarily on the Delhi-Chandigarh, Delhi-Dehradun, Delhi-Jaipur, Bhopal-Indore, Hyderabad-Vijayawada, and Bangalore-Tirupati routes. The statement said that NueGo coaches feature innovative technology and provide inter-city traveler convenience with a focus on safety, punctuality, and seamless customer service.

Tourists will be able to board NueGo coaches at ISBT for routes such as Delhi-Chandigarh and Delhi-Dehradun among others.

This boarding point will see NueGo coaches departing every hour. To ensure tourists have a smooth and clean travel experience, the brand will be setting up charging infrastructure at the ISBT premises.

NueGo, which offers a flight-like experience through premium lounges, is opening a mini-lounge at ISBT. NueGo lounges provide amenities such as air-conditioned seating, a wide variety of food and beverage options, and merchandise.

Check-in your luggage with a porter service. Guests can also opt for mini meals including snack options and refreshing cold drinks. All tourists arriving at ISBT can use the NueGo lounge while they wait to board their buses.

GreenCell CEO Devndra Chawla said, “We are thrilled to be the first authorized brand of e-bus coaches to start operations from ISBT. We are grateful for the support we received from the Delhi government in our vision for Green India. We are also thrilled to report that this was done without any subsidy. NueGo has been given the task of redesigning the GreenCell customer experience. We believe that the newly revealed facility will provide value and expediency for travelers.”
